Please see this notice from AHS regarding a survey:
Good Afternoon,
Last week we sought your assistance in sharing a survey with Alberta parents, and then made the difficult decision to pause the survey. We heard frustration from those who did not have an opportunity to respond, and want to apologize for any inconvenience we caused.
As noted, we had more than 21,000 responses to the survey in two days. While the initial data is very insightful, we realized that we needed to alter the questions slightly to ensure that our Public Health team is able to use that data effectively. The most significant change you will notice, if you completed the first version of the survey, is that we are going to differentiate responses from those who do or do not plan to immunize their children. This will allow us to ensure that we are meeting the needs of all Alberta parents; providing access to reliable, accurate information and developing a smooth booking and vaccination process. We are also providing an opportunity for clarity on some of the answers that were provided.
We have relaunched the survey, and hope that you will consider sharing this link with the parents in your schools. If you are willing to share the link, please do so directly with parents and not on general channels, such as social media, as we are eager to hear the perspectives of Albertans with children in the 5-11 age group.
The survey will remain open until noon on Monday, November 8: https://together4health.albertahealthservices.ca/covid-immunizations
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience we caused and hope to continue to partner with you going forward.
